Ockham - Toi show apartments and shared space

Toi is a landmark seven-storey development in Tāmaki Makaurau, inspired by Aotearoa’s heritage and artistry. Its verdant brickwork and shimmering patterns draw on the tukutuku panels of Hotunui at Auckland Museum. Inside, Kerri Murray curated interiors that balance functionality with elegance, enhancing the character for five show apartments, residents’ lounge and sales suite. More than a building, Toi is the foundation of Maungārongo, a new and connected community at the heart of the city.
